Syntab Therapeutics is pioneering a new approach to cancer immunotherapy with its proprietary ISEr (Immune System Engager) technology. Inspired by the innate immune system’s ability to recognize bacterial infections, ISErs are designed to make cancer cells recognizable as targets for innate immune attack, directing immune activity toward the tumor.
Our differentiator is the integration of targeted tumor recognition and coordinated innate immune activation in a single molecule. By directing immune activity toward tumor cells, the ISEr concept aims to overcome limitations of current immuno-oncology therapies, including insufficient immune stimulation and unwanted systemic immune activation.
Built on a fully synthetic, modular architecture assembled using click chemistry, the ISEr platform enables flexible molecular design and the potential to adapt to different tumor targets, offering a novel approach to harnessing innate immunity against solid tumors.
